Bob Barry spent eight years on the ZIPS’ Board before being appointed President/CEO in 2021. He previously held the same position for 12 years at The Greene Turtle Sports Bar & Grille and while there, oversaw the casual dining brand’s expansion into several new states, growth to nearly 50 franchised and company-owned locations, and incorporation of multiple operational and menu changes to drive greater efficiency and profitability.

    Earlier in his career, Bob capitalized on his degree in hospitality administration/management from Florida International University with nine years as President/CEO of Ms. Desserts/The Great Cookie and roles at both Marriott Corp. and W.R. Grace & Co. He also served on the boards of the American Heart Association and the Restaurant Association of Maryland. More recently, he has been an investor in and advisor for a diverse portfolio of companies, ranging from a consulting firm to a distillery to a rehab facility and others.

    Bob believes strongly in empowering others to develop and deploy their full potential. To that end, he works closely with each franchisee and corporate team member to set ambitious goals and help ensure they’re achieved. When not negotiating deals and pursuing business growth, he enjoys spending time with his family, cooking, motorcycling and playing golf.


    Director of Business Development

    Our resident “closer,” Abhi Parikh handles dual responsibilities tied to the growth and success of our brand. Abhi is charged with identifying qualified franchise candidates and working with them to sign and execute development agreements. In addition, he pursues opportunities to secure commercial business from local and national organizations. Abhi is an accomplished sales and marketing leader with over 10 years of management, team member development and operational experience. He spent many years in finance working with Fortune 500 companies including Morgan Stanley and Wells Fargo. A proud alumnus of Penn State University with a degree in Marketing and International Business, he also holds a degree in Asian Studies and International Relations from National University of Singapore and is on track to earn his MBA in 2023. Abhi is also a ZIPS franchise owner who led the successful launch of a ZIPS store in Pennsylvania. Outside of ZIPS, Abhi spends enjoys spending time with family and watching sports.


    Digital Marketing Manager

    Brian Fier has a knack for developing engaging content and beautiful websites and for solving technology problems. He has served as a communications and technology consultant for both for-profit and non-profit organizations, and has run his own consulting firm. As Digital Marketing Manager for ZIPS since mid-2020, he is responsible for planning, developing, implementing, managing and evaluating the digital marketing strategies and activities for ZIPS, both at the corporate level and for individual franchisee stores.

    Brian is passionate about giving back to the community and serves as a part-time firefighter/paramedic. He also enjoys time with his family, photography and traveling.

  • Brooks Walter

    Director of Marketing

    Brooks Walter joined ZIPS in 2021, bringing more than a decade of marketing experience to our brand. Most recently as Director of Marketing for the Maryland-based sports-themed Greene Turtle restaurant chain, he previously served as Director of Brand Marketing for Executive Media Communications, a full-service marketing and advertising agency representing regional and national brands, and has worked with the Philadelphia Eagles and Monumental Sports & Entertainment (parent of the NBA’s Washington Wizards, NHL’s Washington Capitals and other professional sports teams). Throughout his career, he has handled an extensive list of marketing and business development responsibilities, including advertising, communications, public relations, partnership initiatives, corporate sponsorships, brand development, new product launches and sales.

    At ZIPS, he is responsible for maximizing the return on our marketing and advertising investments, guiding and empowering our in-house marketing team, building comparable sales growth, and being a vigilant protector of our systemwide brand to smooth the path to corporate and franchisee success. A Baltimore native, Brooks is a graduate of York College of Pennsylvania with a degree in Public Relations and minors in Marketing and Speech Communications. In his spare time, he enjoys attending sporting events and concerts, traveling and spending time with his wife, two young children and dog.

  • Greg Pitkoff

    Chief Communications Officer

    Greg Pitkoff is Managing Director of GRiP Communications LLC, a company he founded in 2007. He has spent more than 25 years supporting nearly three dozen franchise systems with internal and external communications strategies, ensuring that messages and positioning are delivered clearly and consistently to all stakeholders in the success of a business. Working with companies ranging from startups to global brands, Greg helps secure media exposure and maintain the positive images needed to increase sales. In addition, he counsels companies on how to streamline communications from the corner office, through the corporate infrastructure, and out to the frontlines to promote greater appreciation of a company’s unique offerings. A Philadelphia native now based in New York, Greg graduated from Brandeis University with degrees in English and Anthropology. In his downtime, he enjoys attending live music performances and taking walks through nature with his wife, adult children and rescue dog, Blue.


    Operations and Development Manager

    Jaici Kelly is a proud graduate of Penn State University with a degree in Hospitality Management. Her journey with the garment care business began when she was a child, visiting her parents Bart and Theresa Casiello’s stores and making many memories of sorting hangers, staging cart races and playing hide and seek in the stores. Bart and Theresa were two of ZIPS’ founders. In 2015, after working for a hotel owner/operator, traveling to various properties to assist with in-room operations, revenue management, training, conversions and openings, Jaici joined the family business. Two years later, ZIPS named her “Manager of the Year” and in 2019, she joined the ZIPS Operations Team as Store Profitability Manager. Her current role involves managing store development and operations where the ongoing focus is on maximizing efficiency and improving profitability.

    In her free time Jaici enjoys listening to live music and staying active outdoors, especially beachside.

  • Jennifer Davis

    Instructional Designer

    Jennifer Davis signed on as an Instructional Designer for ZIPS in October 2021, tasked with taking our company’s training programs and materials to the next level. A seasoned expert in process improvement, Jennifer can always be relied upon to ready teams at new locations to execute systems effectively, enthusiastically and with the highest standards of customer service.

    Before coming to ZIPS, the University of Maryland graduate spent a decade first working at a Laurel, Md., branch of The Greene Turtle Sports Bar & Grille and then managing that chain’s training department. Then she spent a year with Creative Restaurant Solutions developing training manuals for restaurants and creating storyboard content for learning management systems. Most recently she has served as an independent instructional designer and technical training consultant, writing training manuals and designing and facilitating the implementation of e-learning courses that increase efficiencies, productivity and improve the bottom line.

    If all her work making sure our operators and their teams are properly prepared to create the best customer experience from their first day of business wasn’t enough activity, in her personal time Jennifer is a wife, a mother to twin boys, a health coach, and enjoys time with family, staying active and being outside!

  • Jeremy Larkin

    Director of Procurement/Strategic Development

    Jeremy Larkin brings more than 20 years of experience in supply chain management to his role as ZIPS’ Director of Supply Chain. His career spans roles in the restaurant, lodging and beverage fields and includes positions with such well-known companies as The Greene Turtle, Choice Hotels International and Katcef Brothers Inc., the premier Anheuser-Busch and craft beverage wholesaler for Maryland’s Anne Arundel and Howard Counties. Jeremy’s responsibilities at ZIPS include developing and implementing new and improved strategies for our supplier portfolio, negotiating all pricing, contracts, terms and distribution of supplies for our stores, playing a key role in our innovation/R&D efforts, and ensuring delivery of customer expectations. Jeremy studied Business Management at Salisbury University. His personal passions include coaching youth sports, volunteering in his community, and spending time with his wife and two sons.


    Staff Accountant

    Joyce Mulrooney has been the Staff Accountant at ZIPS since 2018. She has experience with both non-profit and for-profit organizations, overseeing daily accounting activity as well as providing monthly financial statements. Previously, Joyce was Finance Manager at The Jude House, a Bel Alton, Md.-based non-profit facility supporting individuals dealing with substance use issues, where she managed the accounting, finances and month-end close. Joyce’s two previous positions were as a Senior Accountant doing Outsourced Accounting with the CPA firms McQuade Brennan, LLP in Washington, D.C., and Halt, Buzas and Powell, Ltd., in Crofton, Md.

    When she’s not lining up numbers, Joyce is often found knocking down pins. An avid bowler, she has been a member of league teams for many years.


    Director of Operations, Training & Development

    A graduate of Virginia Tech, Kathleen Razmus has worked in the garment care industry for more than 30 years, and undoubtedly knows what it takes to optimize store profits. One of her favorite things about working at ZIPS is sharing the knowledge she gained as a dry cleaning business owner with others who are eager to learn. She and her team help franchisees successfully navigate the new-store development process, taking them from lease signing through construction/buildout stage to store opening and beyond. They are also responsible for refining operational procedures, developing features in ZIPSsoft, our proprietary POS software, coordinating with supply and equipment vendors, and helping to supervise our corporate-owned stores. Kathleen analyzes each store’s operational processes and identifies areas of strength and others in need of improvement. Her consultation is indispensable to the growth of each franchisee’s business.

    Outside of ZIPS, Kathleen spends much of her free time rehabbing and flipping homes.

  • Sandra Collin

    Creative and New Store Opening Marketing Manager

    A graduate of Drexel University with a degree in communications, Sandra Collin has devoted more than 35 years to helping organizations reach and resonate with target audiences more effectively. Her cross-functional expertise in corporate and non-profit marketing as well as her graphic design and IT foundation make her an incredible asset to ZIPS. Sandra loves collaborating with other members of the ZIPS marketing team to support our franchisees by creating and scheduling social media and email campaigns, developing and updating promotional materials, and staying in touch with franchisees to address their marketing needs.

    When not contemplating creative marketing ideas and efficient workflow processes, Sandra spends her time gardening, reading, writing, and enjoying the great outdoors.

  • Shane Lease


    Shane Lease is the CEO & Founder of SCL Consulting. His firm provides ZIPS with a blended portfolio of bookkeeping, controller and CFO services. Prior to starting SCL Consulting, Shane was the CFO of SmartThings, an Internet of Things (IoT) company acquired by Samsung Electronics in 2014. Earlier in his career, he was the VP of Finance & Operations for FierceMarkets, a leader in business-to-business e-media solutions, as well as CFO of the Italian restaurant group Vapiano International, and led both companies through private equity buyouts. Shane specializes in creating financial systems and processes for start-ups and small businesses. A graduate of Randolph-Macon College, he has a B.S. in Accounting. When he isn’t busy crunching numbers, he enjoys hanging out on the basketball and tennis courts and spending quality time with his wife and two lovely children.
